“ Come join us the first and third Wednesday of each month!”
Gatherings will be on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month, September through May, from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. There is no obligation to attend all gatherings, come when you can. Until further notification all meetings will be via zoom.
St. Anne’s was formally MOM’S but with so many Moms working today the group got smaller and smaller and it was decided it was time to branch out and have a group for all ages of women. We chose St. Anne’s as our patron saint in honor of her daughter Mary and her grandson, Jesus. Her name means “grace” or “the gracious one” or “the loving one.” St. Anne was the spouse of St. Joachim and was chosen by God to be the mother of Mary, His own blessed Mother on earth. They were both of the royal house of David. Not only was she involved in the raising of her grandson Jesus, she represents all women, married, unmarried, mothers, grandmothers, and those without children.
We will begin this year with "Muffins in the Park" and then hear what Nick Poduska and his wife have to say about living 'overseas!" This year we have several speakers who will share with us trips they have taken, road trips to Dyersville, New Vienna, New Mallery, Mississippi Abbey, along with reading "Life is Messy by Matthew Kelly and of course, our yearly pretzel making just in time for Lent.
Please join us! Provide us with your email address so we can let you know when our meetings are.
