Totus Tuus 2020
Summer is just around the corner and St. John’s and St. Isidore’s have applied to the Archdiocese for a week in July 2020 for Totus Tuus (Totally Yours). Totus Tuus is a summer program dedicated to bringing kids closer to Christ through the sacraments, prayer, Mass, Reconciliation, Adoration and fun.
We have requested one of the last three weeks in July, 2020. This is a week-long faith formation program that will be held at St. John’s for 1-6th graders during the day and middle/high school students in the evening.
We will not have confirmation of the date until later. As soon as we know, you will know.

Grades 1-6 Program
The Totus Tuus Grades 1-6 Program is designed for children entering first through sixth grades in the upcoming school year. The Grades 1-6 Program begins on Monday and concludes on Friday.
The sacred scriptures and the Catechism of the Catholic Church provide the foundation of the catechetical instruction of the Totus Tuus summer program. The topic for 2019 is “The Sacraments”. In addition, 2019 is dedicated to The Sorrowful Mysteries of the Rosary.
Totus Tuus offers an evening program for middle school and high school youth. Middle school youth are those entering grades 7 and 8, and high school youth are those entering grades 9-12 for the upcoming school year. These grade levels meet Sunday through Thursday evenings.
The middle school students will join the high school students for the evening program; however, when group attendance allows, their classes will remain separate to maintain an atmosphere and discussion level that is appropriate for each age group.
